Oliver Mintzlaff stands for the fact that RB Leipzig have not just money but also smart people. A former long-distance runner and Puma manager, he was Head of Global Soccer for Red Bull between 2014 and 2017 and from the Bundesliga promotion onwards focused primarily on Leipzig. Together with Ralf Rangnick he built a highly effective scouting network and an RB coaching school that keeps producing top coaches.
